"The room smelled of urine and stale cigarettes. There was a dead cockroach in the corner. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door and blood stains on the tub (probably rust). It was $90 a night and it should have been $50. It shows clear evidence of a property where they don't improve or fix anything and are just letting it fall apart to make what profit they can. I deeply regret booking this property. It is poorly maintained with not even basic amenities. Flat pillows, no cable...

"Upon arrival I was automatically given an already assigned room! ( guest was already using the room ;quite comfortably ). The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet! " we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door.
In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...
