"The hotel and rooms are very clean and updated. It is extremely close to the airport for convenience. We stayed twice in a week and a half and both times the staff were very helpful with extra bedding for couch, additional washcloths, etc.
The breakfast area is pretty small for the number of guests, but food choices were above average."

"Aysamay made our experience perfect!! She was so thoughtful, informative, and pleasant. Others should take lessons on customer service from her. The room was nice and comfortable as well as spacious. The shuttle was terrific. I wish I ’d have known there was a shuttle from the pier, because it would have saved us using a $70 taxi. In the advertisement I only saw a shuttle for airport. Good selection of food for breakfast."

"Only slight issue with our stay here is that they forgot to change our towels and take out our trash, despite asking them to. However, the hotel is a great place to stay for a decent price if your visiting. There’s a 7/11 up the road, a free shuttle to and from the airport, the link right across the street, and a Dennys just a couple blocks away. The staff was also very helpful and sweet, especially the shuttle guy."
