"Like Best Western plus hotels. This one wasnt as nice as some others we stayed at on this trip. Breakfast was not great. Coffee maker was broken in room. Front desk person did let us park our motorcycles under under the front awning.much appreciated."

"I hate to write bad reviews, cause I know it affects peoples livelihood. However, our night was met with a snake in the bathroom, not to mention the fact that there was mold all over the wall. Then we got moved to another room and the TV didn’t work. The toilet got stopped up and the blow dryer didn’t even have an end into it to plug into the wall. "The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics."

"This place is a gem in disguise. I am so glad we stayed here. Seeing the wildlife (wild raccoons, and the birds made my grandkids vacation. The rooms were quite and they are updating it to make it even better. Great place to stay"

"Lots of dirty spots sheets had rip and sewed back together. Pool had bugs on other and ice cold. Over all not a very clean establishment. Breakfast was ok. Bananas over ripe- black spots, bruised apples. Over cooked waffles according to timer"

"Not very clean. Worn carpet, sink drained slowly, toilet didnt flush very well. Lights in bathroom and hallway went out and the woman at the front desk had to reset the breaker. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable."

"The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...
