"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

"This is the most luxurious resort in Khao Lak! The staff were all incredible and made our start so memorable. The amenities are amazing and the pool residence room was just perfect. Would very easily stay here again and again!"

"Stayed 15 - 29 May Excellent hotel although certainly not 5 star at present. The staff were all exceptional and they are very definitely 5 star. Standard room for the first 12 nts. Very nice room lacking in storage and full length mirror. But apparently hotel are aware of this since they opened in Jan 26 and it is in hand. Breakfast was again 5 star with everything you could possibly want to set you up for the day. We only eat at the hotel one evening, but it was extremely good when we did....

"From arrival my experience at this resort has been superb. You are warmly greeted in Reception on arrival and each day when in contact with them. They are very helpful advising on excursions and where to go. I did the Thai cooking three-course meal which was a great experience. Would highly recommend for guest to take part in this.The staff at this hotel are amazing and genuinely friendly, you are made to feel special in every way.The grounds are beautiful and well kept. "The couple who’s running the hotel ist pretty much the cutest! They are so nice and friendly. We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem. It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation. We had a really nice time there and we are open to visit again! "
