"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"Inget varmvatten, trasiga lampor, trasig duschslang, för hårda sängar, slarvig städning både innan och under vistelsen, i princip allt (taxi, hotellets transfertjänster, restauranger, minimart) är 3-4 gånger dyrare än i övriga delar av Thailand. Vilket kan vara okej om det är top notch i övrigt."

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

"Het aantal services en opties vanuit het hotel is indrukwekkend. Genoeg vertier ook wanneer je met een kind reist maar niet perse een familiehotel. Voor ons een fijne combinatie. Variatie aan restaurants en kwaliteit van eten is goed. Personeel is exceptioneel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Sommige kamers kunnen wel wat vernieuwing gebruiken maar overall een zeer fijne ervaring en aanrader wanneer je een fijn hotel zoekt in omgeving Khao Lak. "

There are a few excellent, low key restaurant across the street and a lovely little village with small minimart and the other usuals north along the little street. If you need a more lively night scene, just walk 300 m north along the beach. "

"A really lovely place to stay. The lady and her husband were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is out of the town so you’ll need a taxi everywhere. They do hire motorbikes for a small amount. The Jungle Huts are really lovely and are a great place to stay. "

"Ein durch und durch perfekter Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Für Ruhesuchende ein perfektes Hotel. Einzige Beanstandung ist, dass es zu allen möglichen Sachen im Hotel und im Zimmer Infoschildchen, als auch eine Hotel App gibt, aber nirgends klar kommuniziert wird, ob die Wasserflaschen am zimmer gratis oder zu bezahlen sind. Auf Nachfrage am 1. Tag hieß es nein, hier gab es wohl dann auch noch ein Missverständnis. "
