Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. "Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "

Was a 400thb taxi ride into bang Niang night market so away from the centre but quiet for us & a short transfer to the pier for the early bird Similan island tour we booked in advance. "The couple who’s running the hotel ist pretty much the cutest! They are so nice and friendly. We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem. It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation. We had a really nice time there and we are open to visit again! "

"You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style. Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing. The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced. Love the place. "
