The staff barely understood any English. No bell boy/bus boy to move your luggage. You have to physically pick it up and bring it down a flight of stair before you can put it on the trolley. After check in the wifi was completely gone, I stayed there for 5 hours and I didn’t have wifi there. I had no choice but to check out early and go somewhere else because wifi was important. When asked when the wifi would be fixed, they said we don’t know

No convenient store inside the hotel, the staffs were not professional and not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Only good thing for me was AC.

It is a little out of the way, but worth it for the great value. Quiet place and very friendly staff. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent and after the first day, they guys knew what I liked and served it without even asking. The room was small, but I wasn’t in Bangkok to spend time in a hotel room. Would have been nice to have some English channels, but never looked that hard. Will stay again if I plan to be in the area
