"Overall, our one-night stay at Vasa Hotel Surabaya was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with complimentary dessert tarts, which was a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to start our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. My wife and I also really enjoyed the fitness center and were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful, modern architecture and overall atmosphere. The hotel has plenty of convenient amenities as well. We especially liked having an on-site bakery and gelato shop, which made it easy to grab a snack or dessert without having to leave the property. The location was another major advantage. Having a mall nearby made shopping and finding anything we needed very convenient, and the hotel was also reasonably close to the airport, which worked perfectly with our travel plans. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The combination of comfortable accommodations, thoughtful service, great amenities, and a convenient location made our short stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Surabaya."

"We stayed for 2 nights in 2 bedroom unit. The unit was very spacious for 3 of us. I booked it there so we could have gathering with some old friends. In the first night, there were ants in the kitchen. The staff came to spray the ants which worked because the ants did not return the next day. For the 2nd night, there were sewer like smell coming out of the master bathroom. The staff had to come and closed one of the drain. It helped a little bit. The smell was not completely gone. I believe it was flaw in the building design since I found out that they already closed the drain in the other bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Amenities were great. The unit came with all the toiletries and all kitchenware. Location was great. It was next to a mall. We would stay there again for the space and the location."

"The first room I got is in the smoking floor. It sad to think that I need to ask for non smoking areas when booking the room instead of making it a standard. The room lighting is dimmer than expected. The front desks very friendly, however as I have late check in they could not rectify it immediately, and I need to wait for the next day to get in to different room. The next room is very pleasant with city view however the cleanliness need to be more thorough as I can see dust in some part of the room. The last 2 days they moved me to different level as the level I stay has carpet renovations, a bit inconvenient but it’s ok. However the shower in this room a bit not up to standard, so I requested for it to get fixed which they fixed it immediately. I think the management need to check and ensure that everything inside the room is up to standard before giving the room to the next guest. Overall stay is pleasant and enjoyable, the staffs very accomodating, It takes 7 minutes to go to TP and Hoky. A lot of food vendors around, indo mart and Alfamart also nearby. The parking lots, dropping and picking up areas need to get more attentions, as the areas very small, the staffs need to be more attentive with the incoming cars, especially in busy times."
