Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!

Probably the best hotel in Surabaya. The hotel is located in a mall. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. They also have one of the best spa in Surabaya. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Westin Surabaya. Excellent staff and very attentive service. Club lounge on the 39th floor was perfect for team meetings and a great place for a meal or drink. We look forward to visiting the property again.

The most wonderful experience for my family to stay here. All the staff were very helpful and full of smiles. Breakfast team was superb. Concierge at ground floor always very good. Special mention to our housekeeper Johan who observed what we needed and supplied more. The hanger rack was really helpful for us, as the only small complaint we have here is insufficient hooks. I have to commend the entire team, and I am sure the unseen management did well to achieve this standard which I seldom experience. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience!

Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and classy. The rooms were big, clean and very modern. I highly recommend, even though I have one complaint and that's their menu prices, way overpriced. Other than that it is a nice property and I would stay there again.

The hotel locates at a quiet area so I have great sleeping quality The staff treated guest as family as they remembered me and cared about my requirement of being vegetarian. It is absolutely no problem for coming back next time!

Best five star hotel in Surabaya

Westin Surabaya is one of the best five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is spacious, modern luxury and clean. The bathroom is awesome. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous with wide range of menu. Definitely will come again.
