The room beside me was very noisy so I asked for a room change. I was given a room on 2nd floor half the size. I will never return to this hotel

The hotel was in a great location! On Sukhumvit 11, so you’re near the nightlife but the hotel is situated in a way that you don’t hear it. Upon arrival, A lady named named Suwang checked us in. She did not greet us or welcome us. When I arrived she just said “passports” not even a hello or any greeting! She did not present any good customer service skills which was unfortunate. Upon check out, a gentleman named Dabru checked us out. He was extremely kind and respectful thank you to him. We were on the 7th floor, and the house keeping lady who took care of that floor was the sweetest! I forgot her name but she made our stay so pleasant everyday with her kind smiles and warm greetings. A very big thank you to her! . The Room was nice (we stayed 7 days in total) . Food at the restaurant was good but breakfast was ok except the egg station which was good! We absolutely loved the location, close to many restos, 7/11, nightlife etc

Very nice hotel. Great staff! Very popular tourist area in Bangkok. Easy BTS. Street can be very noisy at night. Mostly the hotell is quiet, but the front rooms with large windows can be noisy. Chose rooms at the back of the hotel if that is a issue for you. Nice breakfast buffet.

Location is great. I like to walk, but taxi services were very convenient. A lot of dining options close by. In regards to the hotel....VERY friendly staff, very clean, and all employees seem really happy. I will be back in 10 months!

The hotel is good value for money, clean and has good facilities (pool, gym and restaueants. The staffs were very helpful. The stay invluded breakfast which has very good choices of food. The hotel is near to BTS skytrain which is very convenient.
