One week stay, very nice hotel along with great staff outstanding service. Free appies every day in the library, breakfast had different types of food every day. Highly recommended

The room itself was very unique and cool. Just something the pictures cannot do justice. The pool also has one heck of a view!

The staff went above and beyond to help guest. Great breakfast, including western and eastern options. I loved the king room setup. My only complaint is the shower mat had mold on it and needed to be cleaned.

Very close to BTS train, easy to get to suvrabathum airport. Close to major shopping centre's. Room was nice. Pool area wasn't very enticing. Overall good place to stay.

Hotel is ideally placed on the direct airport rail link, and therefore easy to utilise the other rail/metro options. Only negative was the fact that we had flown overnight and arrived at 0830am and the room wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. To be fair the reception staff were really good allowed us to have a shower and they we were able to sunbathe by the pool.

Zero maintenance hotel

Worn out furnishings with no maintenance. Poor noise insulation. Broken door. No extra security to access lift, anyone may access to rooms.

This hotel is very close to Siam Paragon and MBK. It has some options for food if you walk around. The BTS is also very close (a con if you need complete silence to sleep). The room was very clean with only a few things looking out of place ( the air vents were hanging out of place a bit). The bed was comfortable. It is a firm but included a mattress topper. The bed is a bit high for those who might have mobility issues. The only thing was that the tub and the shower curtain were a bit dirty. They also will not let you check in until 2pm which was rough after traveling for 24 hours. They did take our bags. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel and then headed to the mall.

Very convenient location (within 5 min walk from train station), nice colonial-like room & front entrance decor, a big window-side bathtub was superb. The bed was soft and comfy. Room temperature control and light switch was easy on the touch screen by the bed. On the other hand, the TV in my room was broken (didn’t bother to call to fix), the toilet seat was dirty (I could see the stains from previous visitors, perhaps traveler from mainland), and inconvenience of finishing the toilet and going to the other side of the room to wash hands. I also wish they had a bath salt as an amenity for the bathtub (standard for 5-star hotel). Rooftop bar and their food was great, easy on my stomach after all spicy food in Thai local restaurants. The price was deep discounted for the class of the hotel, which compensates all the negatives and will repeat again.
