I was a member in the club and was able to smoke a cigar outside on the terrace. I enjoyed the young lady Emily, who was able to be extremely nice and hospitable. Also Celine a new trainee at the front desk, spoke great English and was able to recommend locations around town

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to commend the team for the generally good level of service provided. The room was satisfactory and comfortable, though I found the pillows to be a bit too soft for my preference, which affected my overall rest. Breakfast was a highlight of my our stay, with a very good selection and quality of food. However, we noticed that the service in clearing empty plates could be improved. On a few occasions, some staff walked past our table, appeared to notice the empty plates, but did not clear them. This resulted in plates being left on the table longer than expected.

The room is beautiful but in my room there had been a water damage from bathroom so the wall was not clean, also mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head was clearly dirty with old grim which you need to avoid in a hotel at this price point.

Frühstück leider nur für asiatischem Publikum gedacht,Lange Schlange zum reinkommen,und teilweise über 20 Minuten für ein Kaffee gewartet.Schade,in der Kategorie 5 Sterne bin ich leider anders gewohnt!!Die Bedienungs Theken leider sehr weit auseinder.Unübersichtlich!!Das Zimmer war sehr schön,sauber und das Zimmerpersonal super freundlich.Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut,und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach riesig!!!
