Incorrect sized room for first night,adjoining room given for second night and finally correct room for rest of stay. All good after that and I will stay again as I have been doing so for the last 14 years.

This was the first hotel I ever stayed at when I visited Thailand. I've stayed here 2 more times since. The staff are great and it's within walking distance of anything you might need. There's literally a convenient mart right next door for anything you need. Its a tourist area of Bangkok.

I contacted Expedia , no pool access, terrible property no hot water, cockroaches and Expedia wouldn’t help me , so I have moved all my company’s business elsewhere. 14 staff I’ll share my experience with Expedia with my contacts, Another company all talk no action no conscience .

While the nstaff were very very good I was disappointed that the website said there was a gym and there wasn't. That was a major reason I picked the hotel in the first place. But all in all I had a pleasant stay.

Een mooie kamer met een grote badkamer, maar die laatste heeft een renovatie nodig. Zo lekte het toilet en ontbrak er een tegel rond het bad. Er is geen ontbijt mogelijk, kleine zwemkom op het terras op de bovenste verdieping, breng best wel zelf badhanddoeken mee, want daar zijn ze karig op, en bij de zwemkom en op de kamer.

I will say that for that price it is reasonable. However, it would be good if we were informed that the swimming pool is under renovation. The amenities are upon request is. Hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste are not in the room, have to request. Our safe box is not even functioning (no doors)

절대 이용하지마세요. 룸클린 메이들이 소지품을 훔칩니다. 가방에 있는 돈을 실제로 이호텔에서 도둑 맞앗습니다. 방 상태 또한 작고 냄새가 납니다. Never use it. The room maidens steal their belongings. The money in the bag was actually stolen from this hotel. The condition of the room is also small and smelly.

金額はエリア相場に対して割安ですが、 最寄駅やスクンビット通りからの徒歩は だいぶ距離を感じます。 タオルが穴あきだったりしてました。 フェイスタオルの数が少ないのか、 2日目には置いてありませんでした。 部屋の明かりが暗いのと窓が開かないから 閉塞感を感じました。

Hotel ok but location is a bit off.
Location was a bit difficult to find and a fairly long walk from Sukhumhvit road. I was given a room streetside and the traffic noise was sometimes bothering, laud exhaust etc. Staff was friendly and good, but i will not stay again mainly because the soi in most parts dont have pavement and traffic from cars and motos made it feel unsafe to walk at night.

惡劣。後悔入住
酒店內超殘舊,距離地鐵站頗遠,基本牙膏牙刷拖鞋要問先有。沖涼毛巾超殘近乎地布般。床單有血跡,更換後都有,共換3次! 床架一郁就有聲,頗大聲! 整體一點都不舒服

Good location but the hotel needs TLC
Nice staff, clean hotel, but the property needs a lot of work. The carpets in the hallway are stained and worn, and the bath towels weren't much better.

Internet works intermittently. When asked to have it fixed nothing changed but they told me it was fixed. I believe the person who tried to fix it also tried to hack my account. I could not trust them so left a day early and they refused to refund for the day.
