Me and my wife stayed at Citadine Hotel for 11days. I highly recommend.Friendly staff,fully secure, smoke free, hygienic, good communication to train and shopping mall, all type of food shop nearby,and free coffee at the lobby. Will come again.

Always a good place to stay for first timers. I believe it was recently remodeled and from what I experienced, it was better than the last time I stayed. Staff is helpful and accommodations were great. It’s on one of the most visited streets on Sukhumvit. Meaning there’s restaurants, easy transportation (during the day) and activities to search for. BTS is nearby and almost everything on Sukhumvit is walkable from this point.

The area of concern is the shower being in the bath tub was very difficult to acess.. Infact a real safety hazard.. Something that needs addressing and remediation

This would be a 10/10 hotel if it wasn’t on one of the noisiest streets in Bangkok. While this wouldn’t normally be a problem if the hotel had insulated external walls and double glazing, this one doesn’t. If you’re planning on nightclubbing every night of your stay, this will not be a problem though :-)

Positive: Nice central location, good if you're into nightlife Negative: Water pressure could be a lot stronger for a more comfortable shower Room looked a bit old and worn down, facilities could be cleaner Could still hear a bit of street noise from all the bars and clubs, even though I was on the highest level

Lovely hotel in a good location. Room is very comfortable and modern. Lots of shopping malls MRT is close by. Pool is nice and very private, would stay again.

I paid for 2 days breakfast was told i have to go to mercury hotel to get it what a rip off . I wouldn't recommend booking there .paid $50 for two days breakfast for nothing

Excellent location. Super clean, great staff. Water temp is a bit iffy. Scalding to frigid without moving the valve. If you like a really convenient location this is it. Long showers..not so much.

You get what you pay for
It is vibrant location, so if you are looking for a quiet getaway this not a good choice. All the basics were met in terms of the room, definitely due for a refresh but you get what you pay for so this is reflected in the room rate. Not much privacy in the room so be prepared to be in each others "business" if you are traveling with some one.

Excellent stay here. Rooms come with equipped kitchen with dishes and nice sized refrigerator. Perfect location filled with a vast amount of dining options. 5 mins walk to Nana MRT station. Very nice shower with good bathroom and toilet. Great sitting area as well with a roll out partition to separate living areas from bedroom. Enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again.

Qualité de la Literie moyenne pas super confortable, le grand lit est petit ce n’est pas un king size , pas de grande fenetres , sinon l’hotel est bien placé.
