Good budget hotel at convenient location

Good budget hotel at a convenient location. Walking distance to major shopping centers and train stations. Took the airport rail link from the airport to Phaya Thai station and it was a 10 mins walk to the hotel. The hotel itself was a bit outdated, but reasonable for the price and convenient location.

The hotel met all of our needs. The staff worked well with us to accommodate everything needed for our stay. The location was convenient to the Sky train. There is a lot of street food and restaurants surrounding the hotel

Some Problems Met as a Tourist But Im Still Happy

The building signage says Diamond Bangkok HOTEL, so remember that when talking to your taxi or Grab driver. But accommodation and services are generally designed more for apartment dwellers than for hotel stays. FrontDesk staff generally don't speak English, but you could get by though through gestures and broken English. My experience is that I wasn't able to have Laundry service because of language barriers. If you're a tourist/traveler, you also need to inform Front Desk EVERY DAY if you want housekeeping service (although I'm not sure if they mean you can inform them once for EVERYDAY cleaning, but I just have to make sure so I just inform them each day since I go out 10AMs anyway). Check your room before staying. I didn't feel secure at first because the lock on my balcony doesn't work and the main door's lock seem to detach from the door frame. Fortunately, I was able to talk to the maintenance guy who just tightens the screws tightly. Unfortunately, everytime I come home, I always discover the housekeeping always keep balcony door unlocked. Though I don't have my valuables in the open (there is also security safe in the room), the unlocked balcony door made me feel very anxious. On the positive side, the room is really spacious. I had room with twin beds. You also pass through a backdoor with your own entrycard when you enter the building, which is a plus for me in terms of Privacy. Local food vendors abound in the area, but there are no English signs. 7-11 is Love.

Good location with many food stalls around. Walking into distance to BTS and nearby major attraction malls for shopping. Thumb up to the service provided by the manager who is very customer oriented and professional. Highly recommended

Плюсы: отличная доступность до основного аэропорта, круглосуточный магазин в одном здании, до каосан роуд и дворцов 10мин на автрбусе, рядом с торговыми центрами. Минусы: слышимость очень высокая(выспаться невозможно, если на этаже китайцы или местные. Разговаривают и кричат громко), комнаты подгулявшие. В целом, за такую стоимость и расположение, стоит выбрать. Но будьте готовы, трёшкой и даже девушкой там не пахнет=)

C’est un hôtel assez vieux, la propreté laise a désiré et honnêtement je suis pas très regardant mais les mini cafards ou mini blates qui se balade dans la chambre c’est pas top... même si c’est 1 ou 2 de temps en temps ya des limites sa reste un hôtel ! L’accueil était par contre parfaite on doit arriver a partir de 14h mais la chambre nous a été donné a 9h du matin sans problème et avec le sourire. Les environs très bien a 500 metre du bts a 1 station de phaya thai pour partir directement a l’aeroport en métro aérien (d’ou notre choix pour cette hôtel) 7/11 au pied de l’Hôtel et pas mal de street food à côté aussi. Si vous n’êtes pas très maniaque sa peut le faire ! Si vous avez une peur bleu des insectes regardez un autre hôtel...

It was in a good location, being a Muslim it was easy to find halal food and the staff were quite nice. Mattresses can be replaced but overall it was comfortable and ideal for those who just want a place to sleep. We were out most of the day. I’d go back again :)

Nice apartment

Hotel has a nice location, not too far from BTS station ratchathewi. Water pressure in the shower wasn't so good. Cleaning in the room was okay. Not the best. Staff was nice and I checked In about 12pm.
