30 years has passed since the hotel was opened, but the facilities are not old. Clean ＆ quiet room and easy access to Silom Road are very convenient. Staff’s hospitality are remarkable.

Great location and friendly staff. Had to change rooms because the first air conditioning didn’t work. The second room’s air conditioning leaked all over the bathroom and entryway. Would recommend and stay again.

Only problem is tv—-English speaking channels never worked. Repairs only lasted short time Otherwise very nice people and very large rooms for the price. Nice little pool and patio.

A very nice hotel with wonderful staff. My room was quiet but this was probably not owed to the sound insulation but to the fact that the hotel wasn't too busy in general. The room could do with a makeover. Some of the technical equipment did not work perfectly anymore.

Since you can hear the noise from the hallway, you need to consider things like not using rooms next to each other, or changing floors. It's not good that there are no power outlets at the bedside these days. Other than that, it was very good.

Well designed using the available space, almost perfect, but not enough space to hang clothes, no shelves and only short rack with 3 hangers. That is the only improvement needed in my view. I would give it 5 stars if that was improved. Easy to do, even more hangers would help

We loved our stay here. It really was the staff that made it an outstanding experience. They all went out of their way to make sure our needs (and wants) were met and that we felt welcome. The room was nice and the location really convenient. We never got to us the free tuk tuk service because it was out of service or the times didn't work out but that would've been a nice perk. The gym facilities had a lot of options and the pool was nice. The only quirky thing we ran into was that there wasn't a dedicated switch for the hall and entryway light. To turn those off you also switched off the night stand light AND the switch right next to the bed, so you couldn't charge a phone or have anything plugged in over night.
