We checked into this hotel and had to go up to the 25th floor to complete the check-in process. The reception staffs were very polite and nice. When they noticed we were from Hong Kong, they made an effort to communicate with us in Mandarin, which showed their respect for us.
On the 25th floor, there was seating available. Guests could enjoy tea or some juice there. At the same time, on the 25th floor, there were three other time slots available—one for breakfast and another for what's called "tea time." There was even a pre-dinner snack served from 5 pm to 7 pm.
This time, we stayed on the 21st floor in an executive room. Upon entering the room, it felt very comfortable and clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the view of the city outside, which added to the cozy feeling.
However, one area that could be improved is the towels. On the first day of our stay, we still noticed a slight smell from them. It would be even better if they could be cleaned more thoroughly.
As for the location of the hotel, it’s actually very close to the MRT station—Rama 9.
It only takes about a 3‑minute walk from the station to reach the hotel. You can also go through the subway station to get to a nearby shopping mall called Central Rama 9 Plaza.
Alternatively, you can either walk to the JODD Night Market or take the MRT-Thailand Central Centre to Night Market. So, because it’s right by the subway station, it’s really very convenient.
