Loved this hotel, great pool, gym and my son loved the games room, a great addition to the hotel if you have kids. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more for you. We loved the room, great view and spacious. Breakfast was best I’ve had, I’ve worked in some of the leading hotels in the world and this hotel ranks up there. Already looking to come back in November for a weeks stay.

Very new hotel, clean and bright! Very suitable for families with kids as they have play area for kids and adults alike! One of the few hotels where all the drinks and small snacks in the room are complimentary. Hotel even gave some tokens (1 per person per night) which can be used to exchange food/drinks/souvenir. Hotels location is also good!

The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially the housekeepers, are friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic because of the number of guests, but the restaurant staff handle the crowds quite well. Afternoon tea and a light supper at the Bloom and Brew cafe were very enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel, between two BTS stations and adjacent to the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is perfect.
