Noise

My room was all about noise. Two compressors from AC by the window in front of the bed. Low vibrations and high noise. Impossible to sleep. However the room look nice with great furniture. Entrance is really improbable Between shops. I will not recommend this area

hotel is just above the market but not noisy. room is clean but towels are abit old but no stain. staff are friendly. recommend for budget stay with market and shopping near by.

cockroaches everywhere in the room. found 1 on my toothbrush! Super gross!! The last night, we couldn’t stand it anymore and get them to change our room. Towels and sheets are old n filthy. I got rashes on my face after the stay. I would definitely not come back and would not recommend!!!

Room 513

Everything is gd and ok as It near to all shopping and street food. The only thing is room 513 is full of small cockroaches. It everywhere from table to the toilet. The service is gd but breakfast is very standard. I stay for 8 days and it almost the same food daily.

Downstairs directly is pratunam market and opposite is platinum mall. Best for shopping. While market is open, crowded. We came back around 4pm to hotel, almost all shops closed, so still ok.

It would have been excellent except that when you use credit card, the hotel charges a 3% increase in rates! That is not allowed by the bank, but they do impose a 3% additional rate

While the location was very convenient (right in front of platinum mall), it also gave an inconvenience in booking grab taxi. Had a mini heart attack when 10 ++ drivers cancelled our booking to airport due to jam. Hotel wasn't close to any BTS. Room was a lil bit humid. I kept getting block nose when I woke up in the morning (which only happened when the air isn't clean enough). No toothbrush and room slippers. The only thing I can compliment was the delicious scrambled egg cooked by the hotel staff for the morning breakfast buffet.

Good for shopping

This will be a perfect choice if you love shopping it's location right in the centre of wholesale market. What I dislike is the entrance of the hotel as you need to go through some wholesale store before you can reach hotel lift.

No WiFi and it is my cell phone's fault..

WiFi was not working through out the whole 4 days stay. Manager cannot be contacted on Sunday. Best part is only one staff is in charge of the whole hotel.. Staff could not rectify problem at all , her ultimate answer was giving me tons of other passwords that does not work on my phone and it is my hand phone's fault that WiFi does not work? Lighting in the room is very dim, guest may need more lighting to pack their luggage bags. Hotel is very hidden by a lot of clothes stalls hoarding their facade. Strange but interesting. Location wise is very strategic and lots of food outside the hotel. One will never go hungry in this hotel. At night there are lots of cockroaches outside the hotel running around and so happened that there is some renovation opposite the hotel when we stayed there. It is quite lonely and dark to go back to the hotel. Never go back alone especially for girls because there is no security guard downstairs except for the security door feature where one require a hotel card to enter the premise. Luckily, the bell boy accompanied us to get a shuttle to the airport nearby as the cabs will not be able to enter the premise as constantly there are cars coming into the narrow lane that leads to the hotel.

Everything is fine, location is convenient. Only thing that pissed me off was askingvthe hotel to book the cab for me to the Airport. Staff never handle things well.
