Our 3rd and likely last time at Novotel Living. It simply wasnt up to 4-star standard. Quality has declined overall since our previous visits in 2018 and 2024.
Check-in felt process driven, we arrived 1pm and were made to sit and wait til 2pm to check-in. Check-out was easy, as it should be.
The room felt more like an old long stay residence than a 4-star hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Our daily service was excellent. But the room was shabby, poorly maintained, broken floor boards, leaky/running toilet, leaky flimsy shower head, kitchen tap flimsy and loose. Room amenties were almost non-existent and you had to order everything through an app. Amenities like the pool and fitness center were good. Breakfasts were very poor, unhygienic, poorly quality and poorly facilitated.
Disappointing overall, Novotel Living was very average, not up to 4-star standards, and at there are better options at those rates. (We have a booking for July 26, which we will cancel as a result of our recent experience).
