Old, dirty, but good breakfast

Old, dirty. they knocked at midnight to do housekeeping, what the...? Breakfast was good though and location was very accessible to shops and public transportation. Pool was okay, too.

The property was located within walking distance from the BTS and subway. The street it is on is also lined with restaurants and street vendors. What I didn't particularly enjoy was the breakfast. The eggs in particular were always very, very wet. The lobby also does not smell very nice and the hotel tries to compensate by having incense oils burning but it doesn't help. I was also in a room with an adjoining door which meant that I would hear all of the noises coming from the other room - music, TV, talking, laughing, etc. And lastly, the in-room wifi was horrible. Fortunately I had a dongle for my laptop that allowed me to use their broadband connection, but who expects to have to use that these days?

Decent hotel, great price, close to action

Had a nice stay at Marvel hotel, located on Sukhumvit 22 where there is a nice laid back nightlife scene, several massage parlors (especially in the small street across from the hotel). Great price! Had two issues. One was with using the card to open my door. It would take 4 to 5 tries before my door would open. Front Dess send someone up to show me how to do it easier by holding the door firmly closed. Would have preferred change into a different room but whatever. Also, if you like to sleep in this may not be the hotel for you. There is a few roosters that making a bunch of noise from the time the sun comes up for a few hours.

仕事で三泊お世話になった。 個人的には5点満点。しかしレビューなので客観視した点数をつけた。 1. 従業員教育は大変よく行き届いている。問答無用の5点。 チップを渡そうとしたら笑顔で丁寧に断る。頼みごとはすぐに対応してくれる。またヒューマンインターフェイスも洗練されている。これは国民性によるものもあるのだろうか。 2. 設備は古い。日本や欧米の都市部のホテルとは当然異なる。よってこれについて3点にしておいた。（しかしコストを考えれば5点満点でもいいだろう。） 空調の温度調整設定が大変やりづらい、オートロックがカードを通しても開きづらい、シャワーの温度がなかなか上がらないなどあるが、どれも自分自身でどうにでもなる。 久しぶりにトイレが詰まったが、フロントに頼んだらすぐ対応してくれた。とはいえそもそも詰まるのはどうなの？というなんでもかんでもホテル任せな客に勘違いさせない為、事実を記載しておく。 3. 周辺は何でもある。これは文句なしに5点だろう。最も近い北に三分ほど歩いたセブンイレブンにアルコールは売っていない為、もう二分ほど北に歩いてファミリーマートに行こう。 なおセブンイレブンは300バーツ以上の会計でなければカードが使えない。ファミリーマートはいくらでも使うことが可能。 またバーツがなければ、北に一分ほど歩いた左手にあるスーパーリッチ22に行こう。どこで儲けているのかよくわからないレベルのレートなので、タイから直接次の国へ行く場合においても、ここで交換することを推奨する。従業員はちゃんと給料貰っているのだろうか。 それからマッサージは、文字通りこのホテルの東側目の前にある海鮮屋の、向かって左側すぐの赤い看板の店を推奨する。誰に当たっても上手い。体の大きな男性が一番上手いようだ。 4. スワンナプーム空港からはタクシーで高速料金込みで350から400バーツ。 タイのタクシーは商魂逞しく（？）、メーターは勝手に止めてふっかけてくるし、止めない場合は大体メーターが改造されていてとんでもないスピードでカウントアップされていくし、とにかくボッタくる前提なので気をつけてほしい。特に黄色と緑でカラーリングされたタクシー。900バーツからスタートしたのでさすがに輩と化してしまったが、強い態度で臨めば妥当な額に落ち着く。俺の場合は落ち着いた。なおピンクのタクシーは「比較的」安全と聞いている。 とにかくメーターを止めさせない。あるいは乗る前に目的地を伝え、いくらか確定させておく、ふっかけられたら「あぁ！？」と日本語でまくしたてて怒りまくる。そんな対応が出来ない方であれば、電車でのアプローチも悪い選択肢ではないだろう。プロンポンという駅で降りよう。 次回また出張があれば確実にお世話になりたい。

Room are dirty especially bathroom. On top of that, one of the towel even has mysterious yellow spot mark on it. Too disgusting to use so I have to go out and buy a towel of my own. Cleanliness is a big issue here. Very disappointed. Beside that, tour group guests were quite loud at night but only up util around 2am.

The pictures are deceiving. The property was not as expected. We do not smoke and had selected non smoking through Expedia, but had still received a carpet smoking room, the carpets were dirty and the smell of smoke linguired. Staff were nice, but other than that the room was a disappointment, I’m glad we didn’t stay longer than the night.

pretty good

comfortable after being put in a smelly smoking room asked for change, this was resolved immidiately by very help full friendly staff. Breakfast a lot of choice however would be more enjoyable if food was warmer overall liked the whole package for price paid. About a 12 minute walk to BTS Asok and terminal 21 shopping (good)

묵었던 호텔 레이트 체크아웃이 안되어 짐을 두고 이동할 목적으로 잡은 호텔입니다. 중동 아랍권 계열 이용자가 대부분입니다. 주변 환경도 유흥시설이 많아서 아이들과 이용시에 비추천하며, 객실과 호텔은 온통 특유의 냄새가 진동합니다. 오래된 카페트에서 올라오는 곰팡이 냄새와 오래된 객실 상태로 1박도 하기 어려운 수준입니다. 리셉션과 벨보이 분들은 매우 친절하였습니다.
