I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok for the third time within one year. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
The issues began at check-in, when I was given a key card that did not work upon arrival at the room. As a result, I had to return to the reception desk to report that I was unable to enter my room.
The second disappointment concerned the room itself. I had specifically booked a room with a double bed; however, the room provided consisted of two single beds pushed together.
The third issue involved the towels. From a five-star hotel in one of the most touristic cities in the world, I expect high-quality amenities. The towels in the room were frayed, thin, and clearly in need of replacement.
Additionally, I noticed pen markings from previous guests on the bathtub in the bathroom, which raised concerns regarding cleanliness.
Overall, my experience during this stay was disappointing. As I visit Bangkok frequently, I will seriously reconsider choosing the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok for future stays.
