stay away from this place.
very rude staff at the reception counter upon our check in and check out! such a shame. internet was paid 100bhat an our or 500bhat a day,we bought anyway coz nothing to do,nothing around,it did not even work in our room,Scamm!! we picked this hotel coz its close to DonMueng as we had an early flight the next morning,but it's not necessary to stay here as there wont be traffic in the morning and there are other hotels around with better service and facilities especialy better located,like Centara Grand next to Central Plaza. the property is old,the pool was far from the hotel building it was behind another property it was weird but then no staff on the pool no towels the bar was closed the pump was off,and it was only 4pm. if u think u'll save time and money staying at Rama u wont! this place is a joke,and doesn't worth your time and money,unless u stay here with an arranged tour group like all other hotel guests here Chinese tour group on big busses.

The complete staff, everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, kind and professional. The pool area is a small piece of paradise.

It all works. Check-in straightforward. Parking very easy. Lifts work. Everything in the room works. Reasonable level of lighting. Air con fully adjustable and quiet. Hot water is hot. Only slight downsides - shower rather small and cramped; only two internet connections permitted per room - in the modern world we all have multiple devices 6 is really the minimum number needed per room.

Disappointed
I was disappointed because the facilities listed were NOT available. The Spa and Fitness were NOT available, and although I recognize covid has changed things this should be reflected in the description of the property because after a long journey I was looking forward to a spa session.

The beautiful garden around the hotel and hotel lobby and friendly staffs. What I don't like is the breakfast purchased with the room is not impressed and it has been organised separately from the other coffee shop in the lobby area. I feel it is second grade breaky. Also, a young female staff could not understand a simple English question from my husband that I had to translate for her. Over all is not bad..

Een geweldig hotel. We kregen een upgrade en daardoor een nog mooiere kamer. Ontbijt is geweldig en de service ook. Alleen maar heel veel goeds!!!! 😃

Stayed previously & loved it, disappointing now!
I stayed previously and loved it but was disappointed with my most recent stay! Bed extremely comfortable and welcoming staff. Breakfast choices, although bared was odd, no bacon. Chef unable to fry an egg. Swimming pool on previous visits was fantastic. But this time was a cloudy green colour. Massive hotel but no one brave enough to chance a swim. Poor value for price I’m afraid to say.

The room is cozy, very neat and tidy. The hotel staffs are courteous. However, they should better organise their hotel shuttle bus service. It stated clearly that they have a fix schedule of picking up the hotel guest at CentralWorld Shopping Centre. I was waited for half an hour at the mall for their shuttle bus to the hotel, eventually no bus arrived. I made my own transport to the hotel. I asked the concierge staff how come there was no bus pick me up at the mall according to the schedule. They gave me a reply that I need to call them in advance. I said you have a schedule posted at the CentralWorld Shopping Centre and it doesn’t require advance booking for it, just turn up at the pick up point for the bus. If they do require advance booking for the shuttle bus, they should post this requirement on the schedule, or they should post this on their website to notify the hotel guests! I was so upset!

受付の対応、とても良かった。エレベーターの担当者もうすこし笑顔が必要です。仏頂ズラでは折角の仕事が生かされない。宿泊客は必ずと言うか絶えず部屋とロビーを行き来する。エレベーターの案内人はとても重要な仕事、宿泊客が居心地が良いかを感じる重要な場面です。 それと、やはり、朝食の時の受付の女性、笑顔の人も居るが、仕方なしにしている人もいる。 やはり、仕事に誇りを持って欲しい。宿泊者が、さあこれから朝ごはんを食べようと楽しみにしているのに、残念です。 私は、このホテルがとても気に入りました。ロビーの広さ、居心地感、リラックス出来る椅子の配置と多さ、素晴らしいです。 がやはりスタッフの皆さんの笑顔が第一です。

仕事で利用。取引先から、ドンムアン空港近くのホテルを指定されたので、いつものバンコク市内にあるビジネスホテルでなく、初めて予約。　部屋はだだっ広いが使い勝手は悪い。周囲にコンビニや飲食店が無いので、ホテル内で済ませるしかない。　観光で来る人向けのホテルでした。

The WiFi network was very poor. The service was not stable. The hotel stands alone in the remote desert with no shopping mall, no restaurant, just nothing.

What was good: Hotel room design was updated, furnishings were mainly new, I could tell the room has been renovated. What was bad: 1) Lift landings and area outside room was dated, carpet and lightings look old and dusty. 2) Toilet design was dated, shower cubicle was small, and shower head was bad. Water was just warm, but could not get it to be hot enough in the morning. 3) Also, some areas in the lobby had mosquitos.
