Very bad experience! The hotel room was very close to the BTS and main road so can’t sleep until 2-3 am. The neighbours were having party in the later evening and I called front desk to get security’s help but nobody answered and helped.

Sixth time I have stayed here—always clean, the staff are always friendly and the location is great! It’s a neighborhood close to shopping and the BTS but not right in the middle of the busy bustle a bustle.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Very clean, the staff are all very kind and attentive. The location is fantastic—close enough to the commercial/tourist attractions via the BTS but you also get an authentic experience with street food stalls fight down the street.

Property is well run medium range hotel with an adequate breakfast selection. Breakfast could be improved. The room had the most uncomfortable couch that perhaps was broken because it leant to one side when sitting on it. The room had a very bright emergency strobe light that flashed all-night...that was annoying. Staff were very good. Bathroom was great.

Great choice

Hotel lobby doesn’t look very welcoming but our room is certainly much better and comfortable. We booked a premier room which comes with a small sitting area and working table & chair, ample space to open 2 big luggage. About 5 minutes walk to skytrain station and Big C/Lotus. Hotel doesn’t have a proper car bay so booking grab can be a little confusing. Overall I’m happy with my stay, value for money!

So we booked 2 rooms unfortunately they were not next to each other but they were on the same floor. The hotel was booked up no helping that. The service was top notch the price was great the rooms were quiet and nice and clean. The pool was nice on the roof my son and I spent lots of time there I got burnt to prove it. Room service turned down the room ever day which was nice. They offer a breakfast package we didn’t choose that we want to eat out on the city but we did eat breakfast once for a surcharge and it was worth it. Fresh fruit and juice made to order omelets and the garlic fried rice amazing. Over all a great experience will book again the next time I’m in Bangkok.
