passport retained as security guarantee

reception staffs always ask for security deposit due to fear of guests may damage hotel property although they failed to show written rule on such. When a prepaid guest refused to such then the guest's passport been retain for guarantee until check out. Avoid a receptionist nicknamed nawach. Hotel neighbourhood comprised car dealers and workshops

Nice facilities. Very clean and professional. Disappointed only one of the advertised restaurants was available. Overall very nice and convenient.

The hotel provides shuttle to nearby mall n SkyTrain stations. Easy to travel to town centre. Staff are helpful n nice.

Good stay if you are looking for a place to sleep. Slow service though. Everytime asking for water took them 15- 20 minutes to show up. Aircon pretty slow to get cold, even when set the temp to 18, it will go to 20 at lowest. Not too convenient to go around anywhere. Other then that all really good.

失望

今次係第二次住，但今次比較失望。 1,無熱水，不穩定 2,打掃房間不清潔，上一住客用過的衛生巾貼紙仲留低，我住了四晚但清潔員工都無清理。 3,床頭很多灰塵。 4,每一次都換過一套刷牙工具，其實只需要俾牙膏就可以，不環保。 5,洗澡液太小。

My first room smelled like cigarettes, but the hotel staff immediately switched us to a different rooms. Hotel was awesome overall.

Nice place right by the airport but not too far from downtown if you wanna catch a taxi or grab down there. A bit pricey based on the amenities you are actually gonna use, if that is something you are concerned about I would try and find a cheaper place.

An immaculate luxury accommodation conveniently near BKK airport. Post-Covid and not busy at all. Only a handful of guests. The price is unbeatable in rest of world.

A Place to Relax

Stayed here one night and a full day before having to be at the airport for a 21 hr flight. I felt it was the perfect place to be able to relax after the hustle and bustle of our 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The room was clean, cozy, big and so was the hotel. I always saw staff cleaning especially at the breakfast and by the pool area. The breakfast had a lot of choices from thai and western dishes. Assortment of juices, pastries, bread, salad bar and a soup bar that was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only Con would be is that the pool area looked like it used to have a swim up bar but was closed for renovations but there is a menu and staff up there that you can place an order with.
