"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. "Convenient and reasonable stay night of travel but other than that, just ok for the room quality. Also Bell person wasn’t available when we reached so we literally had to take all our international sized luggage up to the room on the third floor ourselves. Proper instructions weren’t given for hardly anything. Rooms are not equipped with proper charging ports for USB or USB-C which makes it really hard for travelers who just reached. Water bottles have to be asked for. We had to wait for a child’s cot which we ordered in advance and the shower was leaking into the bathroom. Breakfast was great though and the staff at the restaurant was highly attentive. I have stayed at the Novotel and found that more convenient and generally better quality."

"If your plan is to stay at the hotel during the day and venture out at night, then look elsewhere for a hotel. The only pool families have access to is 2.3m making the majority of the pool unusable. Squashed 10 cockroaches in the room on the first night which did not impress the misso. We moved hotels after somehow surviving 3 nights. Having said all that, the breakfast was good except for having to pay for good coffee."
