"Great stay. Booked last minute and was my first time booking a property with virtual checkin. I had to reach out to property to kick off the checkin process due to only booking 30 min prior. It was smooth and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to update the door code to let me in.

"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated.
