"Everything was great besides the pricing of the private bar within the fridge in the room. The only mini fridge in the room was full of items to buy (soda, snacks, alcohol, etc.) and it is overpriced."

"Rooftop was dirty looked better in pictures. Front desk is not very helpful when you need anything they have to put in requests. The cleaning people never knock they walk right in without even saying anything. The phone number is disconnected so you cannot call them with any requests or problems. Too unorganized. They charge almost the fee of an extra night for late check out."

"Gild Hall is a boutique hotel gem located near NYC Seaport and FiDi. We enjoyed a recent stay for the Fourth of July fireworks. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant were excellent. We look forward to our next stay in this unique hotel."

"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again."

"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."
