Apart from the distance to the city center, all the facilities are very good, but at night the restaurant and trod are overcrowded as the entrance is from outside, there is no place to drink and the behavior of the staff is very rude.
We were in town for a piravte event and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the event. It was our first time staying at the casa cipriani, and its safe to say we will be coming back for sure. It was one of the nicest hotels in the city. From rooms, to club amenties everything was top notch. The staff were also extremely friendly. My wife had a slight scare with her spa treatment, but the front desk manager (Yasmin) got on top of the issue and assured us that everyting will be okay and taken care of. she also followed up even after we check out.
Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again.
Casa Cipriani is an amazing hotel with Italian elegance. The Spa and Jazz Club within the hotel are a must along with the terrace dining overlooking the East River and Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel is a short walk to Battery Park and WTC Memorial. I can't tell you the last time a Hotel Manager introduced himself when I was checking in, what a great staff at this quirky elegant boutique hotel..
Casa Cipriani is like no other hotel in NYC. The waterfront locale and views give it an absolute advantage over other NYC 5-star properties. It's pricey so be ready to spend no less than $1000 per night. I must say however that CC is new to the luxury hotel scene and that quickly became apparent during my stay. There are still kinks to be worked out.
