"Checking in was easy once I found someone available for reception. The hallway was a bit dingy, but the room was clean and comfortable and well appointed, although I would have loved to have use of a hair dryer. The bistro and bar were also very well maintained and the food came out quickly and tasted good."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Darcys in a very large room with sofa, table and chairs and a desk. Opulent! The king-size bed was very comfortable and with just a 5 minute walk to the train station, access to the city is easy. Check-in was very simple also."

I've twice had minor problems with a blocked sink, but I've always had A/C's that worked well, fridges that worked well and froze water and very clean rooms. Rare features in budget hotels these days. And the hotel and grounds are always clean and tidy. "
