"Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Outer door banged every time someone enetered or left and it "boomed" up the uncarpeted stairwell. Fridge in room was apparently set to 'max freeze' as it froze noit just my freezer bricks (for me small cooler pack, but also the milk, water, beer chocolates I placed in there. The onnly poer point I could use for my phone charger and still be able to reach the phone from bed, was actualy above the pillow, so cables dangled in the way. Really dumb...

"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. Everything else is ok except the drilling / carpentry noise and shouting from the parking or next door. Thank...

"The room was great in every respect. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower worked great. The bed and pillows were comfortable and with the lights off the room was quite dark. The room temperature seemed perfectly stable. There were plenty of power outlets. There's a safe in the closet. The TV was excellent. I can't speak to the channel variety since I only watched the ABC news. The staff was friendly and helpful whatever you asked them. They can call a taxi within a few...

"Check-in experience was great. Luke at reception was very welcoming. Helped kids with start-up colouring activities. Overall team was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. But few things were changed since my last visit. No more in house barista coffees and fresh apples for juice."
