What isn’t there to love about Banyan Tree Veya?! It’s a stunning property with all the amenities one needs for a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to Esteban, who simply goes above and beyond to ensure guests are well cared for. Another shoutout to Leticia from the spa for a wonderful experience. All dining options are a must, as is the Pictograma and Atalaya experience. This is by far our favorite hotel in VDG and we look forward to our next stay!!

A little bit of magic in the Valle ✨️

Stayed here with dear friends to celebrate our birthdays and all 6 of us were blown away by the beauty of it All! Even though it rained the the entire time it never deterred us from enjoying everthing the valle has to offer. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and delux and the entire grounds are spectacular! Highly recommend and we will all be back to enjoy it in the warmer months ahead! 😀

We liked the hotel very much indeed. It’s got a great location up on the hill, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My one complaint is that the wine fridge in the room was the wrong temperature. It was much too warm for white wine, but then it also chilled the red wine so that then ended up being at the wrong temperature! Related to this, the larger mini fridge in the room was also much too hot, it hardly chilled the soft drinks. So all in all, it was difficult to get a glass of cold white wine in the room! Anyway, not a big deal and overall I really liked the hotel, and the staff for especially friendly and hospitable. We absolutely love the valle de Guadalupe and thoroughly recommend it. We also much enjoyed Bruma, which we stayed at a couple of nights before, I would check that one out as well if you can.
