"Make sure you check in by 2:00 a.m. thank god the staff was so helpful and went ahead and checked us in. I booked through Expedia so the hotel didn’t have my phone number to call and let me know and it will show up as a no show but you still will be charged. We had been at an all night softball tournament for our daughter and got there at 3:00 a.m. Expedia said you could check in anytime and there is a 2:00 a.m. cut off."

"The service was minimal. TV stopped working at 9:30pm, it must have been the wi-fi. Tried calling front desk to report but “operator” call button did not work because I found out later the next morning, when the person at the front desk said that the kiosk takes over after 9pm. Unfortunately, the kiosk was also out of service. It left me with no solution. We paid for the amenities that don’t work and got terrible services. I would not recommend this hotel.
