"Rooms clean and comfortable only draw back early morning I smelled a really bad odor of sewage that nauseous smell made me gag where I had to leave the room for fresh air"

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."

"The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! "

"Just needed a place to sleep for flying out the next morning. Served its purpose. Clean and in good condition. Downside is it’s not a great neighborhood so not a place where you’re going to walk around looking for a place to eat or drive after dark. Seemed safe staying in room. Breakfast was the typical high carb continental breakfast. Not the scrambled eggs, bacon, protein foods which is what I try to go for. So skipped it. "

"Kitchenette with no cups, plate, silverware. One hanger for clothes. Only one nightstand with no power at the wall outlet. No ice on the property. No coffee maker."

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!! When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

"I would really like a refund for my stay. I booked this hotel because amenities included shuttle and restaurant. The shuttle was unable to be used because one it was after 9pm and the other we were the only guests who needed it so they couldn’t run it. Nowhere when I initially booked it it states that there were only available to be used within it a certain timeframe or a minimum capacity. The restaurant was not open due to low customers so I had to uber food only to then be told by someone else...
