"The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and only one stop away from the Colosseum. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. "We booked this for our last night in Rome before flying home, reviews were good. The room we got had wires hanging out the walls in the bathroom and main space. Hole in the bathroom door patched with a piece of plastic and big cracks in the wall. The shower was gross,, water didn’t drain so you stood in 2 inch’s of water while you showered. We could hear the people below or beside us talking like they were in the room with us. Very disappointed, do not stay here! Place needs some upkeep!!!!"

"The staff was super helpful and can assist you in English in getting settled in and getting around (calling taxi etc). The property is secure and they have people checking that only guests are on the premises. It’s also very well lit at night so you can walk around the gardens and bar safely. The AC was running but not blowing any cold air. I told them downstairs and they said you have a fan. I told them I need AC it’s 95 degrees out in a heat wave.
