"We spent 7 nights in one of the Executive suites on the 7th floor. Be aware that you need to walk up a flight of stairs, if you have accessibility challenges. The room was spacious, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Only one wardrobe for hanging space, but plenty of drawers and cupboards. The jacuzzi was very comfortable for two - we could not work out how to keep the water heated so had to have it drained twice (there is no plug) so we could add more hot water, but it was lovely to sit in...

For example, they stored our luggage for the day until it was time to check in and also arranged an early morning taxi for us to get to the airport. Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags.
