"I’m astounded at the bargain I got in this place . In America this place would be $300 per night easily . The remodel was meticulously done . It’s in a gorgeous square with cafes and restaurants. I had my own little patio on the ground level . Hot shower!! Laundry is just 4 minute walk up the street. This place was just fantastic ."

"On finding out that the reason we were in Rhodes was to celebrate our son's birthday, the owner/staff treated him like a king, and us like royalty! The hotel itself looks out onto the medieval wall, and from the roof top terrace you could see all the way to the sea! The surroundings were quiet - even though we were within the old city walls. "It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of the old town and is a beautifully renovated house with a medieval atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay on Rhodes Island, but spending time in the comfortable rooms or in the library area—reading books or playing chess—was a precious part of our holiday. "The hotel upon check-in to check-out was excellent. Staff were very friendly and we would stay there again due to location and just thd sheer pleasure of being welcomed warmly and nothing was any trouble. "

The only down side was the demolition and building of a new hotel across the road, if we had come for a beach holiday we probably wouldn’t have been inconvenienced, but ours was hospital visits and treatment so on our return to the room there wasn’t really an escape."
