"Very nice facility in a sketchy neighborhood. The limited access through the gate and well lit parking lot provide actual security along with the feeling of being secure. This place is a diamond in the rough. Nice clean basic rooms, almost squeaky clean. Seems to be freshly painted. Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff great. If I still had my own business, I'd hire the front desk lady for sure."

"The room we stayed in 316 had a fan that was threatening to fall off the ceiling, a missing handle with screws exposed in the washroom, paint bubbled and cracked, despite it being a non-smoking room there was nicotine dripping from the ceiling in the washroom.
