The view was great. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean but only had one towel and the hairdryer was busted. The bedding should be inspected, both came home a rash. I hope it’s not staphylococcus. The day we left I saw that my car had been ran into while parked. The staff told me they don’t have cameras on the lot and sorry we couldn’t help.

Staff was wonderful. Especially Madison and the manager. So helpful, patient and accommodating. We were very disappointed in the room we got. I think it was the last room to accommodate for people in the spring break week. I did not know such a room existed as in my many states I have always been in the front row of cottages. The four of us cousins and sisters are in our 70s and the stairs down to the room and down to the second bedroom in the room. We’re very hard to navigate. We were also disappointed that although we had a lovely view from the picture window in the room, it was not what we were used to staying at the Ester lee in a cottage. Now that we know how to book so that we get the room we like we will be able to avoid that problem, but it was quite disappointing.

The fire place was nice and easy to control the temp. The television cable stopped working the second night in the middle of a show and wouldn't restart. The night staff had no idea how to fix it and was not helpful at all about getting it repaired.

The ocean view is truly priceless. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was such a relaxing experience. The location made it easy to enjoy the coastline, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay here as a family. Everything was clean and accessible. The ocean view is unbeatable and that is the main reason we decided on this property. Its in a convenient location and our car was very easy to get to. I will say the wifi its not great. But we didnt stay here for the wifi so we were okay. Overall would definitely come back here for another stay.

We love staying at this little gem of a motel. My wife and I come here often during the off-season, and it feels like our home away from home. The ocean views are beautiful and never get old. There’s something peaceful about seeing the water right outside your window. One of our favorite things is that every room is different, so each stay feels like a brand new experience. Every room has its own unique charm and flavor, which makes it fun every time we visit. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. It’s also super pet-friendly, which means our pets get just as warm of a welcome as we do. They even have board games and videos available to rent, which makes for cozy nights in and the fire place is a perfect addition. The kitchenettes are fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, which is such a plus. And the cleaning staff does an amazing job. Everything is always spotless and comfortable. Plus, it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. We can’t recommend this place enough. A special spot for sure.

We had a wonderful view of the ocean. They provided all amenities for a comfortable stay with our dog. We stayed warm and cozy. The wifi was sufficient for our needs and was faster than many places we have stayed. We stay here a couple of times or more every year.

My previous stays at Ester Lee were adequate. The hotel was ancient and shabby, but it was run reasonably well and was a plausible alternative if better places were booked. That ended on this trip. I don't know if they have a new owner, but the place is now falling completely apart. The cottage I reserved did not have hot water. They said it would not be fixed soon so they replaced it with a small room on the bottom floor of the hotel. They refused to compensate me for the downgrade, claiming falsely they were the same price. I had just booked the cottage and saw the prices for different options so I knew that was false. One of the other buildings had boarded up windows. That is crazy. Whatever caused the collapse in facility maintenance and service makes it unsuitable for my travel needs. I will not be going back. The front desk employees complained about management ignoring maintenance needs. That is a major red flag for me.

There is a beautiful view from our room. We loved the fireplace and the bed was great too.

The ocean view is first and foremost the best part about our stay. The room was extremely clean and pet friendly which was amazing! Staff was kind, and there was plenty of shampoo and other amenities for us to count on.

Room was clean, staff was kind and helpful. Window screen needs replaced. Bed was comfortable. View was nice!
