"Of all the places we've stayed in this is by far the most comfortable, yet most classy, best service, friendliest staff (to non speaking Italians), always a smile and seeking to make your stay more comfortable. "This hotel is located very well in the shopping district close to the main Cathedral. The facility is very nice, new, and clean. I really care about cleanliness and this place is spotless. like this hotel better than the 5star hotel I stayed in at Milan. And the restaurants (rooftop and Meze) serve amazing food. If I visit Florence again, I am returning to this hotel. "
