"Arrived around 6.30pm and knew exactly what room I was in, how to get to it etc. Room was lovely and cosy - loved the beams and old features! Slept like a log and the shower was fantastic - a proper power shower! Breakfast was great and overall one of the best i've stayed in. Will be back again! "

"I thought the hotel was delightful…old and full of character. We were stopping off for an overnight stay on route to a festival at Cropredy. The room was small but had all the essentials, comfy bed, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hopefully make this an annual stop over with our friends. "

"Great little bijou sized room, warm and cosy, nice and central, perfect for an overnight stay for a couple, taking in the n’osais event at Benn Hall, a mere 8 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was spotless, with all the amenities you’d expect for a very reasonably priced and atmospheric hotel."
