Barcelona Airport Hotel
The communication was poor, hotel staff did not help, not handicapped or mobility impaired friendly, elevator often not working, some food was good, some pretty bad. Not an easy shuttle service, inefficient, rude, worst hotel of my two weeks trip… won’t stop here again

Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork.
