"Beautiful room with a fabulous view of the plaza. Excellent welcome from friendly reception staff. Unfortunately my stay was let down by an extremely poor experience in the bar area, where I was constantly ignored by the bar staff and eventually had to go to reception to ask to pay my bill. No apology given, even by the two managers who were alerted to the issue. I had intended to dine in the hotel, but decided not to, and went to bed with a dinner of the free apples!"

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which was disappointing considering the price of the stay. After an 11-hour flight and paying nearly $600 for two nights, I expected a much better night’s sleep. Comfort should be a priority, especially for travelers arriving from long international flights. Unfortunately, the quality of the beds did not match the price or my expectations. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and considers improving its mattresses."

"We were assigned a large room on the top floor with a large balcony overlooking Barcelona. The bathroom was large and well equipped. We had an excellent late lunch in the dining room but because we had an early train to catch we weren't able to have the breakfast. This was a stop between train journeys and it was a 4 minute walk to Barcelona Sants."

"We had an okay stay. The price seemed reasonable for Barcelona.
Pros: good location - close to public transit and Sans train station, lots of restaurants around. Clean rooms and property.
Cons: listed as having air conditioning but they had turned it off and would not turn it on for us, not totally sure why. Room (210) was laid out in such a way that no fresh air from the window would reach the bed area so we got no cooler air at night. Very stuffy and hot. We probably should have asked to be...

"Spacious unit with living dining/ kitchen area and nice balcony across the back. We had a 2 bedroom that has 2 twins pushed together in main bedroom with door to bathroom and door to close from living room. Second bedroom is a twin with lights by the bed and plugs by head of bed for charging and a desk and door to same bathroom. Second bedroom has no door to main area so in the morning if someone is up early, you will hear all the kitchen noises. The early riser should take that room. The...
