"The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the overall maintenance of the property is excellent. However, there was a major misunderstanding regarding the breakfast. Before arriving, a staff member informed me that, here in Canada, all hotels include breakfast within the booking. I was very surprised to find out upon arrival that my daughter and I were not included.
