The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. "I stay 2 nights at El Parador de Toledo and my room was clean and bed comfortable, the view from balcony was stunning however La Comunidad Europea is the one control you air conditioner, you can not lower the A/C bellow 23, so if you don’t let you balcony door open you not rest at night, the staff tried to fix it but they couldn’t, you A/C is control by front desk computer, and they can not change it either, breakfast was good."

La terrasse sur le toit donne une vue superbe sur les toits et certains monuments. On peut acheter des boissons à l'accueil. Le parking Tome, a 3 mins à pied accepte toutes les voitures, il est petit donc en pleine saison il faudrait arriver plus tôt. Les touristes ne peuvent pas réserver."

"Todo perfecto, a unos 10 minutos de Toledo, fácil acceso desde la autovía, ideal para pasar unos días si lo que buscas es precio económico y cerca de Toledo. El único inconveniente que la autovía pasa justo por el lado y se escuchan los coches toda la noche y que el check-in puede ser un poco costoso, aunque si tienes algún problema siempre puedes llamar y te ayudan ellos desde dentro. por lo demás perfecto. "This room was fantastic! It was conveniently located and we had a room with a terrace on the top floor. The view of the cathedral was amazing! The room itself was spacious, extremely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and the shower was great! Definitely recommend!!"

"The room looked clean but the air conditioner did not work at all. Hotel staffs told me to turn-on and wait for 3-5 minutes for proper working condition but the unit blows hot air and bad order all together. I wanted the open the window for fresh air but bug screen was not installed. Plus, no refrigerator in the room. The water pressure was not adequate and lukewarm. The amenities were pitiful and towels are old and worn out. However, the location was good. I guess that people come this...
