"After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation."

"The pool had some leaves on it seem a bit dirty. The jacuzzi was turned off and dirty. I am assuming it was out of service. Good shade. Personnel over the phone were friendly. In person , at the front desk not soo much. He was a male worker"

"Hotel is modern, incredibly clean, laminate floors so you dont have to worry about mystery stains. Breakfast is terrible. Literally yogurt and muffins. That's it. The bed seemed to be made of recycled dodgeballs and tires and it was on a rickety squeaky TEMU metal frame. Good luck having quiet sleep or quiet sexy times. If you can get it at a discount, go for it. Otherwise look elsewhere."

"The place was very clean no trouble with anyone.Over all very good just don't go during the summer it's very hot in Yuma.I made the mistake of going now i had no I idea it was going to be that hot.But the EC was working great no trouble great air conditioning in my room. But if you like the heat then no problem 😊. But I will come back during the winter for sure."

"There is historic and there is just run down. This was just run down. We had stayed here a few years back and was fine but this time there was Black mold in shower. Advertised free breakfast, this was no longer offered. Hair dryer did not work. Walls were filthy and in need of paint. We were supposedly given a free upgrade when we checked in. I wonder what we would have received if we had not of gotten an upgrade? We do not recommend staying here again."

"The room was clean. I was surprised that there were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Feels like something that most places provide and this was my first time experiencing not having it. Not even complimentary coffee/tea. They gave cups though."

"I had the best experience here I accidentally left my phone and didn’t realize until I had been gone about an hour and they had already put it aside and held it for me till i could get back there to pick it up! The staff were amazing!!!"
