"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Overpriced Dunkin (hotel charges 30% more), pool only open from 10AM-6PM, only found one street exit after wandering for 20 min, parking is $25 per day, resort fee is $50 per day, room was clean, bathroom was clean, room location on third floor was not good (cheaper room), construction going on around the hotel."

"Just make sure you know where to pick up your uber. Especially if u have friends next door at the paris Pool looked nice. Great place mid strip. Room was great! Had a fridge which is awesome but no coffee maker
Employees all very friendly and helpful
Kiosks were down for our check in but noticed them working next day. "
