"Been staying here for many years. It’s overpriced and getting a bit dated. However, the convenience of covered walking to terminals is why it’s worth considering."

"It was a very hot day We were charged 40pounds extra for an air conditioned room It didn’t work despite two actions by the Engineer On complaining at checkout all they did was to say we will get an upgrade on our next stay Not recommended"

"Lovely comfy room and flexible air con so we could have the temperature we wanted. Check in busy and slow but staff pleasant. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Only annoyance was noisy guests in the corridor in the early hours. I'd have thought it would be common sense and respectful to talk quietly outside other people's rooms. Minutes from T2 so really convenient (also easy walk to train station). Access from arrivals (ground floor)."

"The room was very well appointed. Shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The restaurant was very well decorated and the food was of very high quality. The waiting and reception staff were very friendly."

"The room was basic, as expected, though the bedding/towels/ toilet were very clean, the shower door strip seal needed cleaning and the skirting boards and corners were rather dirty. Breakfast was continental, which I like, but was put off with the small black flys on it, maybe there could be some kind of covers used for this."

"A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me.
