Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb. Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Fantastic stay with excellent spa and inclusive minibar was great. Lots to do on site. Vietnamese restaurant was also wonderful. Very convenient parking included too.

The Vale Golf and Country Club
Wifi very poor. Poor selection of biscuits when the clubhouse is so remote and closed on an evening. Breakfast expensive for 1 sausage, 1 poached egg and two fatty rations of bacon and 1/2 a tomato & 1 slice of toast with no marmalade or butter.
