"It took an hour and a half to check in because the front desk guy acted like he'd never seen a business credit card before. The elevator inspection date is over a month outdated. There is music coming from the speakers in the hallways at 7 am. "

"The room was clean; the staff was helpful; best of all, it was an easy walk from Union Station. The room smelt a bit musty as if the shower wasn’t vented, and the furniture was clearly not new, but it was a good nights sleep at a good price. "

"There was a fire next to the inn and the night manager handled it like a champ. No one was hurt, our safety came first and they let me stay longer than checkout for the inconvenience. It wasn’t the Knights Inn fault a car exploded on the freeway lol. I was very impressed with the night manager’s professionalism and had nice conversations with the day manager as he was very welcoming the whole time I stayed."
